Pilates

Pilates is a system of physical exercises (fitness) developed by Joseph Pilates at the beginning of the XX century for rehabilitation after injuries. The author called his system contrology, defining it as complete coordination between the body, mind and spirit, but now it is widely known as the "Pilates method" or simply "Pilates". Pilates is a series of exercises at a slow pace. The body becomes light, taut. Due to the deep study of the muscles, their elasticity increases, which certainly affects the external contour of the figure. Posture improves – shoulders straighten, stoop disappears, height increases. Especially noticeable are changes in the abdomen and thighs. The characteristic deposits on the outer line of the thigh disappear, the visual "heaviness" disappears. Due to the elongation of the muscles, a person becomes noticeably taller and slimmer. Perhaps the main result of Pilates classes for women is strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. Due to this, one of the significant age-related problems (spontaneous leakage of urine) can be avoided later. Another plus in favor of Pilates is that there are no contraindications for pregnant women. And, of course, a sense of satisfaction from your appearance and well–being.

Stretching classes help to strengthen your health and keep yourself always in good physical shape, as well as normalize and improve your emotional state. Healthy Back

"Healthy Back" is a fitness program designed to restore and prevent diseases of the spine. A specially selected set of exercises for the development of mobility and flexibility of the back is recommended for both men and women. Classes are designed for different levels of training, so they will suit everyone, regardless of age and physical development. Training will help those who want to keep the spine healthy and improve posture.

Split School

The international network of stretching and fitness studios TOPSTRETCHING® provides an opportunity to enroll in the author's direction "Split  School". You will be able to master different types of twine and stretching, strengthen muscles, develop flexibility and endurance, improve joint mobility. Trainings are conducted by experienced coaches, including masters of gymnastics, leading ballerinas, choreographers. In the class, we will consider static and dynamic twine exercises that will help you safely and painlessly master the longitudinal and transverse twine.

YOGA

Yoga is an effective training program that creates a balance between body and mind, allows you to get in good physical shape, develops concentration and helps prevent injuries during physical education. Fitness yoga combines elements of Hatha yoga with traditional exercises for body development and muscle stretching.

Barre

Barre is a system of physical exercises (fitness) based on a combination of ballet exercises, functional strength training exercises, Pilates and yoga.
