TRX
A TRX class is a fitness class that utilizes a suspension training system called TRX, which stands for Total Resistance Exercise. The TRX system consists of adjustable straps that can be attached to an anchor point, and the user's body weight is used as resistance for a variety of exercises that target multiple muscle groups. In a TRX class, participants are typically guided through a series of exercises, such as squats, lunges, planks, and rows, while adjusting the intensity and difficulty of the exercises by changing the angle of their body or the length of the straps. TRX classes can be adapted to different fitness levels and goals, making them a popular option for people of all fitness backgrounds.
Bosu
A BOSU fitness class is a workout that incorporates the use of a BOSU ball, which is a half-sphere shaped piece of fitness equipment with a flat platform on one side and a rubber dome on the other. In a BOSU fitness class, participants perform a variety of exercises that challenge their balance, stability, and coordination by using the unstable surface of the BOSU ball. BOSU classes can be adapted to different fitness levels, making them suitable for beginners as well as advanced athletes looking to improve their functional fitness.
Abl
Abs, Buttocks and Legs (ABL) is a fitness class focusing on these muscles groups. ABL helps to strengthen muscles, but it does not give the effect of building mass. Therefore, a slight weighting is used to perform the exercises. An abs, buttocks, and legs class is a fitness class that is designed to target and strengthen the muscles in the abdominal area, buttocks, and legs. These classes typically consist of a variety of exercises that aim to tone and strengthen these specific areas, while also improving overall fitness and flexibility. ABL workouts are created specifically for women and are aimed at working out the inherently female problem areas.
HIIT
HIIT intensive is a training method involving the alternation of short intensive training phases and less severe, restorative, periods of physical activity, the so-called circular training. The training is aimed at fat burning.
CrossFit
A strength and endurance exercise program consisting mainly of anaerobic exercises, gymnastics (exercises with your own body weight) and weightlifting.
Abs
ABS training includes exercises for the core, which means the muscles of the pelvis, lower back and abs. Regular abs workouts will help strengthen your back, deep pelvic muscles and make your abs strong, and your stomach elastic. Despite the fact that this program focuses on the press, you will perform a lot of exercises to strengthen your back. It is known that the development of antagonist muscles makes abs training even more effective. The program includes exercises for isolated study of the press and combined exercises to strengthen the core muscles. In the complex, the exercises work even more effectively, developing the press and strengthening the whole body.
